One goal, efficiency. One rule, survival. Description Self defense has only one goal, efficiency and one rule, survival. Because the street is a dangerous world, the teaching is complete and varied of attack and defense techniques when faced with an aggressor, whether armed or not. Emphasis is placed on the realism of the techniques, on the effectiveness of the blows and on the simulation of aggression.
